Terms & Conditions

Scope of Engagement

Panelists/experts/speakers/mentors/presenters/content providers (hereinafter referred to as “Speaker”) expressly acknowledge and agree that they will provide professional, competency-based educational insights aligned with the thematic, quality, and presentation standards of Time2Grow Media Pvt. Ltd.

Voluntary Participation & No Remuneration

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all speaking, branding, content creation, presentation, mentoring, or related engagements are undertaken purely on a voluntary basis.

• There shall be no fees, honorarium, reimbursements, or compensation payable to the Speaker.
• Any engagement intended to be on a commercial basis shall be governed by a separate written agreement mutually executed between Time2Grow Media Pvt. Ltd. and the Speaker.

Intellectual Property & Copyright Compliance

The Speaker confirms that any content, including but not limited to presentations, ideas, concepts, written material, audio-visual content, references, or spoken material used during events, webinars, seminars, publications, or digital platforms:

• Does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights; or
• Has been used with prior written permission from the original copyright holder, wherever applicable.

Time2Grow Media Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible or liable for any copyright infringement, dispute, or legal claim arising from content provided or presented by the speaker.

License to Use Content

The Speaker shall retain ownership of their respective intellectual property rights. However, the Speaker irrevocably grants Time2Grow Media Pvt. Ltd. an non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, market, promote, sell, or otherwise commercially or non-commercially exploit the Speaker’s content used or displayed during:

• Webinars
• Conferences
• Online or offline events
• Interviews
• Digital publications or platforms

Such content may include, but is not limited to, recorded videos, audios, presentations, written material, articles, journals, feedback, reviews, or related derivatives.

The Speaker expressly consents to and authorises such use and acknowledges that all monetary or non-monetary benefits arising from such use shall solely belong to Time2Grow Media Pvt. Ltd.

No Royalty or Future Claims

The Speaker expressly agrees and acknowledges that:

• No royalty, fee, or compensation shall be payable for the use of the Speaker’s content.
• The Speaker shall not raise any present or future claims, demands, or disputes of any nature whatsoever regarding the use, monetization, or distribution of such content.

Content Accuracy & Disclaimer

The Speaker shall ensure that all content, information, opinions, and materials provided or presented by them are, to the best of their knowledge, accurate, authentic, and based on their professional knowledge, experience, or duly identified sources.

The Speaker shall be solely responsible for the accuracy and content of their presentation and shall ensure that it does not contain any unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or unauthorised material.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the content and views expressed by the Speaker are their own and are provided for general educational and informational purposes only and shall not be construed as professional, legal, financial, medical, investment, or other regulated advice.

Time2Grow Media Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or claim arising from reliance on content provided or presented by the Speaker.

Indemnity

The Speaker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Time2Grow Media Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, representatives, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or reasonable legal expenses arising from:

• any breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Speaker;
• infringement of any third-party intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights through the Speaker’s content; or
• any unlawful, defamatory, misleading, negligent, or wilful act or omission of the Speaker in connection with the Engagement.

This indemnity shall survive the completion, cancellation, or termination of the Engagement.

Recording, Photography & Publicity

The Speaker acknowledges and agrees that Time2Grow Media Pvt. Ltd. may photograph, record, film, livestream, and otherwise capture the Speaker’s participation in any event, webinar, conference, interview, presentation, or other Engagement.

The Speaker grants Time2Grow Media Pvt. Ltd. a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, broadcast, and otherwise use such recordings, photographs, and materials for promotional, marketing, advertising, educational, archival, and other business purposes.

The Speaker also authorises Time2Grow Media Pvt. Ltd. to use their name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, professional designation, biography, and statements in connection with such purposes.

No additional fee, royalty, or compensation shall be payable for such use unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Selection & Confirmation

The selection of any panelist / expert / speaker / mentor / presenter / content provider is at the sole discretion of Time2Grow Media Pvt. Ltd.

Speakers are advised to confirm participation only after careful review and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Right to Cancel Engagement

Time2Grow Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any speaker engagement at its discretion, including but not limited to non-compliance with guidelines, timelines, quality standards, or participation criteria.

In the event of such cancellation, Time2Grow Media Pvt. Ltd. shall have no obligation to accommodate the speaker in future events or initiatives.

Force Majeure

Time2Grow Media Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, or technical failures.

Confidentiality

The Speaker agrees not to disclose any confidential information about Time2Grow Media Pvt. Ltd., its events, attendees, sponsors, strategies, or business operations shared during the engagement, during or after the event.

Non-Disparagement

The Speaker shall not make any disparaging, defamatory, false, malicious or deliberately misleading statements about Time2Grow Media Pvt. Ltd., its events, team, or services, whether orally, in writing, or through any digital medium.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior understandings. No amendments shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
